Iran hosts 6th intl. transportation exhibition

The sixth international exhibition of Transportation, Logistics, and Related Industries has kicked off in Tehran.
The event represents a wide range of fields, including road, sea, air, rail and smart transportation, as well as technical and civil engineering. Knowledge-based companies and startups have also participated in the three-day event.
Representatives from Russia, Italy, China, and Singapore are also showcasing their products and services.
Iran is situated in north south transit corridor; therefore, the transit connection among Russia, Eastern Europe, central Europe, northern Europe, Central Asia, and the Caucasus on one hand, and south Asia, Southeast Asia, Far East, and the Persian Gulf littoral states on the other hand can be considered as an outstanding transit advantage for Iran.
Considering the strategic situation of Iran, many opportunities and advantages can be considered for transit through the country. However, proper use of such opportunities, having required investments, and advertisements can play an affective role in utilization of such a unique geographical transit situation.
