Pro-Palestine activists in England have cause major disruption once again for Israeli-arms manufacturer Elbit Systems in Oldham on Monday.

After members of the Palestine Action group occupied one of Elbit’s buildings, in an attempt to halt the firms activities.

Press TV arrived on location just hours after the stunt was launched.

As well as occupying the roof, some activists blocked the main road, while others smashed windows before smearing the building in red paint, the color symbolizes the blood of Palestinians killed in Gaza.

Due to the illegal nature of these protests the activists will be arrested. Some already carted off as we arrived.

The activists also risk fines, lengthy court battles and possible jail time. Yet, they keep coming back.

Oldham’s site is used to manufacture specialist military products which have been used in successive Israeli attacks on Gaza.

So, while Gaza remains besieged, Palestine Action vows to continue, as they put it - “occupying the occupiers”.
