Dairy industry
Milk or some sort of components of milk are in almost everything we eat, from chocolate, even certain medications, to deli sliced meats.
Of course there are the more obvious places you can find milk, for example dairy products.
Iran has a thriving dairy industry. The increasing focus of the Iranian government to reduce economic dependence on the oil and gas sector is fueling investments for the development of dairy farming and agricultural sectors.
In the last two years, dairy products had the biggest share in Irans food exports. The Iranian diary industry is expanding faster than it has a decade ago and there are plans to increase diary exports to one million ton in the years come.
Just about 11 percent added value, in the country, has been created by the food industries. Last year, exports of food products reach a worth of nearly seven billion dollars.
