Islamic Jihad: Strength of Resistance stems from martyred Leader’s lifelong sacrifices
The spokesperson for the Palestinian Islamic Jihad resistance movement has highlighted the “sublime aspirations” of the martyred Leader of the Islamic Revolution, Ayatollah Seyyed Ali Khamenei, saying that the strength of the Axis of Resistance originates from the sacrifices he made throughout his life.
Mohammad al-Hajj Musa stated late on Saturday that the merger of the blood of the leaders of the Axis of Resistance with the blood of Palestinian fighters reflects the unity of the battle and destiny in confronting the common enemy.
“The blood of the late Leader of the Islamic Revolution Ayatollah Seyyed Ali Khamenei mixed with the blood of the Palestinian fighters in a single battle” against the occupying Tel Aviv regime, he stated.
Hajj Musa noted that Ayatollah Khamenei had a firm commitment to the struggle aimed at the liberation of Palestine, and represented a fundamental pillar in supporting the Palestinian nation through decades, and offered extensive military, logistical, and political support in this regard.
“The martyred Leader exercised a visionary and outstanding leadership, and was a staunch defender of the Muslim Ummah’s sovereignty in the face of hegemonic schemes,” the senior Islamic Jihad official said.
Hajj Musa stressed that rallying around and continuously supporting the Palestinian cause represents the fundamental principle and the only way to unite various ranks of Muslim and Arab nations.
“Iran stood up to defend its sovereignty and dignity, and the critical issues of the entire Muslim Ummah,” he said, stressing that the Islamic Republic “was able to shatter the prestige of the United States while it was at the height of its global hegemony.”
“We are standing shoulder to shoulder with all resistance forces, united around each other, and fighting in the Axis of Resistance as one part. We do not simply chant slogans, but rather express what we believe in.”
The spokesman for the Palestinian Islamic Jihad movement stressed that “Whoever thinks that the spirit of martyred Ayatollah Khamenei has disappeared is gravely mistaken, as resistance groups operating in Lebanon and occupied Palestinian territories are growing stronger day by day. The struggle is ongoing, and our bond to our right to our land and holy sites is firm and unshakable.”
“The pure and precious blood of late Ayatollah Khamenei, despite the burning pain it leaves in our hearts, gives us more determination and resolve to inflict pain on the Israeli enemy, and blesses the path of resistance,” Hajj Musa added.
