Iran carries out 20th wave of Op. True Promise 4 against Zionist entity, US bases

The Islamic Revolution Guards Corps (IRGC) launched the 20th wave of Operation True Promise 4 to counter the ongoing US-Israeli aggression against Iran.

The IRGC's general public relations announced that the operation was launched in remembrance of the naval officers and sailors who were on board the Frigate Dena that was targeted by the US Navy earlier on Thursday.

The ship was torpedoed in the Indian Ocean, about 2,000 kilometers away from the Iranian shores, with more than 130 sailors on board.

The latest wave of the Iranian retaliatory operation, launched with the codename of "O, the bringer of esteem to divine friends' and followers', struck military targets and Israeli targets in the occupied territories and the US bases across West Asia and the Persian Gulf region.

IRGC Navy has targeted the USS Abraham Lincoln aircraft carrier using advanced drones, forcing the strike group into a retreat from Iranian waters.

The criminal regimes of the US and Israel attacked Iran on Saturday in an unprovoked act of aggression, targeting sites across the country, including schools, hospitals, and sports halls.

Iran has responded by launching multiple waves of advanced missiles and drones at targets inside the occupied territories as well as at American bases across the region.
