Israel Gaza truce violations

The Gaza ceasefire agreement has not stopped Israel from launching attacks in the Palestinian territory. The regime’s forces targeted the Al-Tuffah neighborhood in Gaza City, killing one Palestinian there. In southern Gaza, Israeli jets carried out several strikes on eastern Khan Yunis. The violations continue as the humanitarian situation in Gaza is deteriorating by the hour. Fuel shortages and power outages on Thursday crippled the Al-Awda hospital in the Nuseirat refugee camp. Earlier, three more Palestinians were killed and several others were wounded after Israeli troops opened fire on civilians near the Yellow Line, in northern and southern Gaza. Japan's remilitarization'

Xiaogang said, what Japan is doing contradicts the country's stated commitment to peaceful development. He also defended China’s military budget as reasonable and moderate, noting that it remains below the global average as a percentage of GDP. That’s in response to a recent report by the Japanese defense ministry which claims that China’s defense spending is growing rapidly.

Russia-Ukraine war

The Russia-Ukraine war shows no sign of abating as fierce fighting continues. In one of the latest exchanges of fire, Ukrainian drones hit a number of Russian oil facilities. Officials in Russia’s Krasnodar region report a huge fire following a Ukrainian drone strike on several storage tanks holding oil products in the port of Temryuk. Ukrainian drones also targeted a gas plant in the city of Orenburg, while Ukrainian missiles struck a refinery site in Rostov. Meanwhile, Moscow says its forces have taken control of a settlement in Ukraine’s Donetsk region. In another development, Poland says it intercepted a Russian reconnaissance drone near its airspace. The war rages on while both Ukraine and Russia have expressed optimism for peace. The Kremlin says, for any peace to be achieved, the root causes of the conflict must be removed. One of Russia’s demands is that Ukraine can never join NATO.
