Iran’s crushing response

The Chief of the General Staff of the Iranian armed forces says Tehran stands ready to confront any threats from global bullies and oppressors with a swift, decisive response. Major General Abdolrahim Mousavi has warned that Iran’s countermeasures will leave adversaries both regretful and astonished by leveraging strategic surprises. On the recent 12-day aggression by Israel, General Mousavi said Iran’s domestic military and defensive capabilities thwarted enemy advances, delivering a proportionate yet crushing counterattack. He added that Iran refuses to remain passive, transforming every threat into an opportunity to showcase its strength on national, regional, and international stages.

US-Israeli Gaza genocide

The US-Israeli genocide rages on unabated across the Gaza Strip, as the regime’s indiscriminate strikes continue to claim more civilian lives across the besieged territory. At least eight civilians were killed and over 20 others injured when an airstrike hit a UN-run clinic in the al-Bureij refugee camp, in central Gaza. Four children and two women were among the dead. In Gaza City, where Israeli forces have been conducting intensive attacks for weeks, casualties were reported in several areas. One deadly strike hit the al-Malash Tower in the al-Shati refugee camp, while another targeted a gathering of civilians in the al-Daraj neighborhood. Medical sources reported five new deaths due to malnutrition, increasing the total toll to 447, including 147 children. The regime’s forces also killed five aid seekers. The death toll from the Israeli genocide is nearing 65,290; with about 166,580 others injured.

Venezuela US tensions

Venezuelan President Nicolas Maduro says millions of Venezuelans are prepared to take up arms if the nation comes under attack. Speaking at Venezuela’s national farming union, Maduro called on farmers to help defend the country from potential US aggression. Maduro noted that victory is guaranteed for the Venezuelans as QUOTE enemies are afraid of us but we are not afraid. His remarks come amid heightened tensions with the United States, following a US military deployment to the Caribbean Sea. Caracas has condemned the US action as a threat to its sovereignty. Venezuelan military authorities have said the deployment demonstrates the country's active resistance and reflects the commitment of both the Armed Forces and the people to defending national sovereignty.
