The Leader also condoled with the bereaved families of the victims, while praying for the swift recovery of those injured in this tragic event. US-Israeli Gaza genocide
The Israeli air and artillery attacks continue to ravage Gaza, leaving more Palestinian civilians dead and injured across the blockaded territory. In one of the deadliest attacks, at least ten people were killed, and several others injured after Israeli warplanes bombed a Palestinian home near the Hamad hospital, northwest of Gaza City. A separate strike in Jabaliya, northern Gaza, left at least six Palestinians dead and several others injured. To the south, at least two were killed in an Israeli bombing of a home in al-Shafe’i refugee camp near Khan Yunis. The Israeli artillery also shelled a number of areas across Gaza, killing and injuring an unknown number of Palestinians. According to the Gaza health ministry, more than 52,200 people have been killed since the regime began its genocidal onslaught in October 2023. Over 117,600 others have been injured.
US-Yemen aggression
At least eight people, including women and children, have been killed in a fresh US airstrike targeting the Yemeni capital, Sana’a. The airstrike hit three homes in the Bani al-Harith district, north of Sana’a. Other areas of Sana’a, including the Safyan district, were also targeted in the latest attacks. US warplanes also struck areas in the Sa’ada governorate, including the Kataf district. There are no immediate reports on the number of casualties. Six additional airstrikes targeted Amran governorate, north of Sana'a. The US military has been carrying out almost daily attacks on Yemen for the past month, claiming that the strikes are aimed at stopping the Ansarullah movement from attacking Israel-bound vessels. The Yemeni army, however, says it will not stop its attacks on Israel-linked ships until the regime halts its Gaza aggression. They have even expanded their operations, striking deep into Israeli military infrastructure in support of Palestine.
