Inter Milan have sealed their place at the top of the Italian Serie A, after overwhelming AC Milan 3-0 at the 228th edition of the Derby di Milano at the San Siro.

Milan went ahead just 5 minutes into the match when Lautaro Martinez headed-in from close range.

The Argentinian Striker completed his brace from inside the box to double the lead for the Nerazzurri before the hour mark.

Finally Belgium striker Romelu Lukaku put the icing on the cake with a precise shot, following a counter-attack in the 66th minute. Antonio Conte’s men starched their winning streak to 4 matches and widened the gap at the top of the standings to 4 points after 23 encounters.
