Japan Open: Djokovic beats Pouille , reaches semis
World number one Novak Djokovic has sealed a spot in the semifinals of the Japan Open after routing Frenchman Lucas Pouille in straight sets.
The Serbian ace dominated the match from the onset and finished the opener 6-1 in his favor.
The 16-time grand slam winner piled on the pressure and won the second 6-2 to wrap up the match in less than an hour.
Djokovic will meet David Goffin of Belgium in the semifinals.
