Alves welcomed by Sao Paulo after return to Brazil
To football in Brazil where Dani Alves has been officially presented as Sao Paulo player after joining the Brazilian club on a free transfer.
The 36 year-old right-back signed a deal until December 2022 after leaving Paris St Germain at the end of his contract in June. The Brazil captain was received by more than 40 thousand fans upon his return to the Brazilian Serie A for the 1st time since 2002.
Alves, who has been capped 115 times for Brazil and recently led his country to the Copa America title on home soil, is the only player to win 40 trophies across club and international football.
