Iran’s Mojallali clinches bronze in ICF Canoe Sprint World Championships

Iranian canoeist Adel Mojallali Moghaddam has demonstrated praiseworthy athletic skills and strength at the 2017 International Canoe Federation (ICF) Canoe Sprint World Championships in the Czech Republic, and collected a bronze medal.

On Saturday, the 24-year-old sportsman competed in the men's C-1 200 meters event, and finished third with a time of 38.605 seconds.

Artsem Kozyr from Belarus posted a time of 38.161 seconds and received the gold medal, while Georgian Zaza Nadiradze clocked 38.439, and claimed the second position.

The 2017 ICF Canoe Sprint World Championships opened in Račice village, located 41 kilometers north of the Czech republic of Prague, on August 23 and will conclude on August 27.
