Kurdish leader visits Hollande yet again

France and Iraq’s semi-autonomous region of Kurdistan are strengthening ties with President Masoud Barzani visiting Paris for the third time during the presidency of Francois Hollande. But many wonder if France is actually undermining Iraq’s unity with its apparent support for Erbil over Baghdad.
