The Nigerian government says its detention of leader of the Islamic Movement of Nigeria Sheikh Ibrahim al-Zakzaky is at his will and for his benefit. The claim has prompted the prominent Shia cleric's lawyers to file a lawsuit against the government. They say what authorities claim must be confirmed by Zakzaky while there has been no word from him on the matter as of yet.

Press TV's correspondent Danjuma Abdullahi has this report from the Federal High Court in the Nigerian capital Abuja.
