Demonstrators marched from Russell Square to Downing Street on Saturday in support of Palestine. The national march took place just days before Andy Burnham is expected to officially take office as Britain's new prime minister.
Protesters say they want the incoming government to take a different direction from the previous administration.
Andy Burnham is going to be the next prime minister, walking in on Monday.
He has said that we should judge him according to the deeds rather than the words; we are here to say that an apology from him is not good enough.
And we are here to say that we want to see action, and he should also recall that the reason he's walking to 10 Downing Street is because Keir Starmer's love affair with Israel has failed.
What should be written on the door of 10 Downing Street is ‘Do not follow suit’.

Organizers say the new prime minister has an opportunity to change Britain's foreign policy. They want the new government to adopt a different approach towards Israel's military campaign in Gaza and Lebanon.
Among their demands are sanctions on Israel, an end to UK arms exports to Israel, and greater pressure to bring the war to an end.
They should support Iran, of course. Iran has been attacked by America.
I mean, the only sensible thing Keir Starmer's done in the last three years is refused to get involved. I mean, he's doing some stuff, but not much.
And Trump was furious, but credit to Starmer. I mean, he's a useless bag of ..., but the fact he did that and kept us out of that war, I think, is really important.

For some protesters, the march is also about Britain's wider role in conflicts across West Asia, insisting that the government should avoid further military involvement and focus on what they describe as protecting civilians and upholding international law.
Demonstrators say they will continue to pressure the new government, calling for a change in Britain's approach to Gaza and the wider region.
As Britain prepares for a new prime minister to take office, protesters say this is an opportunity for changing policy, urging Andy Burnham to impose sanctions on Israel, stop the war in Gaza, and stop arms exports to Israel.
