China-US on collision course?
The collapse of the uni-polar world is on the horizon which is the backdrop for many global political maneuvers taking place today. Tensions have been rising between the United States and China. Beijing had tried to deescalate the situation and called for cooler heads, however Washington seems that it is not backing down as its increasing tensions with China over Taiwan and also targeting Chinese tech companies.
And now Beijing has just played a key role in brokering talks between Iran and Saudi Arabia to the disdain of Washington.
In this edition of the Spotlight, we will look at whether this tug of war between China and the United States will turn into a real war or there will be some compromise in the multi-polar world that is arising.
