Press TV exclusive: Wife recounts US-kidnapped Venezuelan envoy's ordeal
Speaking to Press TV, the wife of a Venezuelan envoy recounts his ordeal after his abduction in Africa and unlawful extradition to the United States on a so-called American arrest warrant.
Alex Saab was kidnapped last year on the African island of Cape Verde following the US's orders.
He was sent over to the United States last month to face trial on "corruption allegations."
Now, his spouse, Camilla Fabri, details mistreatment of Saab at the hands of the American and African officials, who ignored international organizations' demand for his release and respect for his political immunity and the humanitarian mission, on which he had travelled to Cape Verde.
