President Raeisi: Delay in release of Iran’s frozen assets in Japan not justifiable

Iran has once again reminded Japan that its assets frozen in the Asian country's banks need to be urgently released.

In a Sunday meeting with Japanese Foreign Minister Toshimitsu Motegi in Tehran, Iranian President Ebrahim Raeisi stressed the importance of releasing Iran's foreign exchange resources blocked in Japan, emphasizing that any delay in the matter is totally justifiable.
