Hundreds of trucks stranded in Kent as France closes UK border
Hundreds of truck drivers are being forced to park their vehicles on the M20 between Ashford and Dover as they are unable to leave the UK following France’s decision to impose a 48-hour blockade on people and lorries crossing the English Channel.
More than 36 countries have now begun banning flights and travellers from the UK following the discovery of a mutant strain of coronavirus that has spread across the south of England.
