#Revolution40yrs: Tune in for special coverage on Press TV’s social media
Iranians are celebrating the 40th anniversary of the Islamic Revolution with mass rallies in the capital, Tehran, and other cities and towns across the country.
To mark the occasion, large crowds of people have started descending on the iconic Azadi Square in western Tehran, which was the site of many of the major demonstrations leading up to the Islamic Revolution on February 11, 1979.
This year, Press TV’s social media staff will be on the field near Azadi Square to provide our followers with live footage and photos on all platforms, namely YouTube, Instagram, Twitter and Facebook.
