'Very disturbing' deadlock impedes chaotic Brexit talks

The European Union’s chief Brexit negotiator Michel Barnier has described a deadlock in talks on Britain's separation from the EU as 'very disturbing'. The 5th round of the contentious Brexit negotiations have concluded in Brussels with no progress on a number of key issues.
