EU countries remain divided over refugee crisis

Divisions grow among the European Union members over how to tackle the spiraling refugee crisis. The EU home affairs ministers have met in Brussels with their counterparts from Balkan countries to discuss the situation. However, campaigners are angry that the meeting was dominated by border controls rather than humanitarian assistance. From Brussels, Jerome Hughes reports
