Israel has charged two settlers with carrying out the July 31st arson attack on Dawabsheh family in the occupied west bank. The brutal assault which claimed the life of three members of the family including 18-month-old Ali Dawabsheh sparked outrage among Palestinians. They accuse Tel Aviv of procrastination when it comes to prosecution of Israeli criminals.
