Trump’s confession: US armed terrorist rioters in January riots in Iran

US President Donald Trump

US President Donald Trump has openly admitted that Washington actively armed rioters during the foreign-orchestrated riots that gripped parts of Iran in January, directly contradicting previous American claims that the so-called “protesters” were unarmed and peaceful.

Trump made the revelation in an interview with Fox News on Sunday, brazenly declaring that the United States “sent a lot of guns” to the rioters, routed through Kurdish channels, while attempting to downplay the operation by claiming the weapons may have been “diverted.”

Trump’s confession confirms what Iranian authorities and independent analysts have repeatedly exposed that the January unrest was a calculated hybrid warfare plot by the US and Israel to destabilize the Islamic Republic of Iran and overthrow its government.

For days, as US-backed elements hijacked legitimate economic grievances -- grievances themselves rooted in savage American sanctions -- Washington and its propaganda outlets insisted the rioters carried no arms and posed no danger to public order.

Trump’s own words have now torn that lie to shreds. The US and Israel did not merely encourage violence; they supplied the firearms used to murder Iranian security personnel, torch public buildings, attack mosques and sacred sites, and spread terror among innocent civilians.

The US preaches “democracy” and “human rights” from one side of the mouth while pumping guns into the hands of thugs and saboteurs from the other.

Iran’s security forces, exercising professionalism and restraint under the wise guidance of the Islamic Republic’s leadership, swiftly neutralized the armed elements. The Iranian people responded with massive, spontaneous rallies across the country, reaffirming their unity behind the Islamic Revolution and delivering a powerful message to Trump and his Zionist masters.

Iranian officials have linked the riots and terrorist acts to the US and the Israeli regime, with President Masoud Pezeshkian saying that armed rioters were trained by the US and Israeli spy agencies.

Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi called the violence an extension of US-Israeli aggression against the Iranian people.

Trump’s admission now provides irrefutable evidence that can be presented before international forums, further isolating the United States as the world’s foremost sponsor of terrorism and interference in sovereign affairs.
