Security forces, IDPs cast ballots in parliamentary polls ahead of general voting

Iraq held the special voting for the sixth parliamentary elections on Sunday, with the Independent High Electoral Commission announcing over 80-percent turnout. The balloting was held before the actual nationwide polls scheduled for Tuesday.
