The military wing of the Hamas resistance movement said Israel was forced to end its operations before achieving its goals. The al-Qassam Brigades dismissed Israel’s claims that it has destroyed resistance forces in those areas from where it has withdrawn. Qassam added that resistance forces have always surprised Israel.
