Gaza's collective punishment

Reeling from the ICJ’s interim ruling, Tel Aviv and its genocidal-supporting allies have sought to collectively punish Palestinians inside Gaza.

With hundreds martyred over the past 48 hours, the casualty figure stands at 26,400 dead and over 65, thousand injured.

Instead of even paying lip-service to satisfying any of the special measures imposed by the International Court of Justice, Israel has waged war on the United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestinian Refugees (UNWRA).

Israeli allegations have resulted in 10 major Western donors and counting withdrawing funds that amount to some 70% of the UN body’s total budget. At a time when Palestinians inside the besieged enclave are facing death from the skies, death under the rubble and slow deaths thanks to a withdrawal of medical supplies, food and clean water, the decision seems particularly cruel.

It now seems Tel Aviv and its Washington backers are hellbent on a regional explosion that could end in a new war. So far, the axis of resistance has yet to take the bait, but still the provocations come.
