Pro-Palestinian demonstrations continue worldwide

Pakistanis protest against Israeli bombardment on Gaza at and express solidarity with Palestinian people last week in Islamabad, Pakistan.

Pro-Palestinian demonstrations continue across the globe amid Israel's nonstop bombardment of the besieged Gaza Strip.

Large protest rallies were held in Yemen, Jordan, Lebanon, Syria, and Iran on Friday.

The protesters expressed support for the Palestinians in Gaza who are under a "complete siege" by occupation forces.

Israel has cut off water, food, medicine and power to Gaza and relentlessly bombed them since October 7, killing at least 9,250 people, mostly, women, children, and the elderly.

Similar protests were also staged in Pakistan, the United States, Germany, and other countries on Thursday.

European authorities have banned all pro-Palestine demonstrations, authorizing the arrest of the demonstrators and imposing fines on them.

In Karachi, Pakistani protesters called on the government to help stop the Israeli strikes.

In the meantime, United Nations experts have sounded the alarm about the Israeli war crimes and genocide of the people of Gaza.

UN Secretary-General Antonio Guterres has voiced deep concern about the “clear violations of international law” in the Gaza Strip, calling for an immediate ceasefire to deliver humanitarian aid.
