Chaos in Sudan
Although the declared truce in Sudan held relatively for a period of three days, it did not prevent the spread of fighting and chaos throughout the country, especially in the capital, Khartoum, and the state of West Darfur.
The scene indicates that the specter of the darker scenarios has not yet passed, despite the possibility for negotiation, in light of the conflicting and changing positions of the warring parties, while maintaining the same negativity towards each other.
Meanwhile in Israel, a top general of the Israeli occupation army has expressed concern over the soaring number of suicides among Israeli soldiers calling on the authorities to deal with the challenge.
A study found that many suicides in the Israeli army were not only diagnosed with a psychological disorder, but that most of the soldiers who committed suicide suffered from anxiety for a long time about the future, and lived in a state of constant frustration, extreme confusion, and the state of unending war and continuous fighting.
