President Raeisi’s visit China

Iran’s President Raeisi is visiting China in a high profile visit said to solidify ties even further, with the 25-year cooperation agreement the basis of their expansion of ties.

This is the first state visit by an Iranian president to China in more than 20 years, greeted by China's President Xi on the red carpet. Xi and Raisi signed 20 agreements on various sectors - trade, technology, infrastructure, agriculture etc. De-dollarization is also a big part of this (oil for yuan).
