Afghans mark General Soleimani's assassination anniversary

Afghan people from different walks of life have gathered at Iran’s Cultural Center in the capital city, Kabul, to mark the third assassination anniversary of anti-terror commander, Lieutenant General Qassem Soleimani and his companions. Participants expressed sympathy with the Iranian nation, saying that General Soleimani was a hero for the entire region.

Participants also said General Soleimani played a key role in defeating the Daesh Takfiri terrorist group in West Asia and in the fight against international criminals.

Along with other admirers of General Soleimani, Afghans every year commemorate the legacy and life of this anti-terror hero.

Afghan people have long been fighting for their freedom. They remember General Soleimani as a leader and a role model for themselves and all freedom-seekers of the world.
