South Korea test-fires space rocket one week after North Korea tests ICBM

South Korea Wednesday test-launched a solid-fuel space rocket, designed to place a satellite into low orbit, for surveillance and reconnaissance of North Korea. The test comes just one week after North Korea tested a long-range ICBM, prompting a UN Security Council emergency meeting and more sanctions from the United States.
