Miami Open: Rublev tops Fucsovics to reach last 16
Andrey Rublev has defeated Márton Fucsovics of Hungary in straight sets to reach the 4th round of the Miami Open.
The fourth-seeded Russian made quick work of his opponent with a 6-2, 6-1 win in just 52 minutes.
This was the pair’s third ATP head-to-head meeting of the month, and Rublev won them all in straight sets.
Rublev's next opponent, Marin Chilich produced a clinical performance earlier in the day to reach the round of 16.
The Croatian beat Lorenzo Musetti of Italy 6-3 and 6-4 in 74 minutes.
