Italy top Netherlands 1-0 in Nations League
Nicolo Barella has led Italy to a 1-nil win over the Netherlands in their Group A-1 meeting.
Following excellent teamwork on the left hand side of the box, Chiro Immobile delivered a perfect cross and Barella was in the right place at the right time to power a header into the net just before the break.
The two sides produced several opportunities after the break, but they were unable to get the job done as the Azzurri sealed the victory.
Italy top the standings with four points from two games, followed by second-placed Netherlands, who have three points.
