Street artist paints mural to thank doctors and nurses in Milan

It has become the symbol of the huge thanks that Milan, Lombardy and all of Italy want to say to doctors and nurses who risked their lives in the Covid emergency. The mural "Not to forget" by the Milanese street artist Lapo Fatai has been completed for free on Thursday 30th April, after eight days of work. The piece, which shows a nurse with a mask and gloves smiling, takes up the entire facade of a building next to the San Luca Auxologico hospital in Milan, on the ring road, normally full of traffic.
