Bayern Munich have suffered their first loss under Hansi Flick, after going down 2-1 at the hands of Bayer Leverkusen at home.
The visitors took a surprise lead only 10 minutes into the match, as Leon Bailey scored with a powerful shot from the edge of the box.
Thomas Muller grabbed the equalizer for the defending champions, with a precise shot from outside the box in the 33rd minute.
But moments later, Bailey scored again with a great run down the flank, and a clinical finish. With the loss, the Bavarians missed the chance to return to the top of the BundesLiga, and stand in fourth place, three points behind leaders RB Leipzig.
