It was another grief-filled day in Gaza as Palestinians bid farewell to slain teenagers. During the peaceful Great March of Return rallies on Friday Israeli snipers took the lives of seventeen year old Ali Ashqar and fourteen year old Khaled Rabaie.

Mourners roamed the streets of Gaza vowing to avenge the killing of the innocent teens. After seeing their friend for the last time Khaled Rabaie’s school mates had this to say.

Palestinians in the impoverished Gaza Strip staged the weekly demonstrations demanding the right of return for millions of Palestinian refugees and the full lifting of the hermetic blockade imposed on Gaza by the Israeli regime and Egypt.

Since March 30th 2018 Israeli forces killed hundreds of protesters including dozens of children and wounded thousand more.

Currently hundreds of protesters who were wounded in previous demonstrations are still in critical condition fighting for the lives.

Israel’s use of excessive and deadly force against peaceful demonstrations will only claim more innocent Palestinian lives. people here say such policy is tantamount to war crimes and crimes against humanity.
