Trump’s border wall plans suffer major setback

A US federal judge has dealt a blow to President Donald Trump's signature campaign promise after he issued a temporary injunction against using emergency funds to build parts of the US-Mexico border wall. A standoff over funding for the project, led to the longest government shutdown in the history of the United States earlier this year.
