UN tries to rescue refugees fleeing escalating violence in Libya

Fighting in the Libyan capital Tripoli has intensified and the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees is trying to relocate the most vulnerable. Libya has become the main conduit for African refugees trying to reach Europe. Many are risk being back or get trapped in detention centers in conflict zones.
