Russia invites Taliban for Afghan peace talks

The Russian Federation has invited Taliban representatives and a number of Afghan officials to take part in the second round of Afghan peace talks in Moscow. The two-day talks that will begin on Tuesday have received mixed reactions in Afghanistan. Amin Alemi reports.
