Bayern Munich's Serge Gnabry has scored twice to help beat his former club Werder Bremen 2-1 as the embattled champions notched their first win in four Bundesliga matches.
Gnabry opened the scoring after 20 minutes while the visitors missed several early chances. But the German champions conceded an equalizer shortly after the half hour mark, with Yuya Osako beating a defender and goalkeeper Manuel Noyer.
Gnabry, however, intercepted a Thomas Mueller cutback to score the winner 5 minutes into the 2nd half as Bayern climbed to 3rd on 24 points, 9 behind leaders Borussia Dortmund.
