Will Germany pay Greece for Nazi war crimes?

German President Frank-Walter Steinmeier has apologized for wartime ‘horrors’ in Greece. Nazi Germany occupied Greece from 1941 to 1944. Athens wants Berlin to pay billions of dollars as compensation for Nazis’ war crimes. Germany says all claims have already been settled.
