Video: Tornado strikes Crimea's coast of Russia

Russia

Residents of Russia's Feodosia witnessed a huge tornado on Thursday, September 6.

Heavy rains flooded the streets and even underground passages, causing power shortages in several villages throughout Crimea, knocking down trees and caused serious damage.

According to the hydro meteorological center of Crimea, the formation of a tornado occurs more often on the coast and is associated with the contact of masses of cold and hot air.
