Afghanistan in crisis after 17 years of occupation

Security has been beefed up in Kabul after an attack on the diplomatic quarter. President Ashraf Ghani was delivering a speech when the attack happened. Violence is on the rise in Afghanistan 17 years after it was occupied by US in 2001.
