Yemen: Saudi offensive on Hudaydah amounts to war crime

The relentless offensive by the Saudi-led coalition on the Yemeni port city of Hudaydah enters its third week. The Yemeni Ministry of Human Rights says the all-out offensive that killed dozens and displaced thousands of civilians constitutes a war crime.
