Kim-Trump summit first step toward peace

US President, Donald Trump, and North Korean leader, Kim Jong-un, have signed a joint document after their meeting in Singapore. Trump committed himself to providing security guarantees to Pyongyang. In return, Kim reaffirmed his commitment to the complete denuclearization of the Korean peninsula. Frank Smith reports.
