Rival Kurdish, Turkish rallies clash in Stuttgart

Members of the Kurdish community in Germany hold a banner asking to put an end to "Erdogan's dictatorship" during a demonstration on January 18, 2018 in Frankfurt.

Stuttgart police intervened in protests when hundreds of pro-Kurdish and pro-Turkish demonstrators clashed during the rival rallies on Wednesday.

Protesters confronted each other and the police, with some seen getting arrested.
