South Korea-Japan comfort women deal triggers controversy

South Korea has called the 2015 agreement on comfort women with Japan seriously flawed as the deal failed to take the victims into account. Seoul also indicated that the issue of the Japanese military's enslavement of Korean women during World War ll cannot be resolved by the agreement. Japan has criticized South Korea over the matter, saying the dispute has been settled. Press TV’s Frank Smith reports.
