Greek bailouts 'lack transparency'

A European Court of Auditors report says the huge financial bailouts given to Greece lack transparency and have only helped the country's recovery to a limited extent. The ECA's report, published in Brussels, says the European Central Bank failed to cooperate with its investigation into the rescue programs.
