Tensions high in Kenya after repeat presidential vote

Kenya’s opposition leader Raila Odinga has called the Thursday repeat presidential vote a sham on the grounds that the voter turnout was very low. He says new elections must be held within 90 days. Tensions remain high in the country amid post-election violence in some parts.
